What a friendly bunch! I called to ask about parts availability and was warmly greeted by Robin. She transferred me over to Kevin in Parts and he too was very helpful – even though they didn’t have the part I was looking for.
It’s so nice to talk to smaller dealers like this – something that is rare with the mega conglomerates that are prevalent nowadays.
