When our starter would not, we were stranded in Golden. My husband was biking by the Ford dealer on a Sunday, just so we would know where it was, when he met Scott. Even though they were closed, he was so friendly and helpful. They couldn’t get the part for a couple days, but tried to do everything they could to get us out of town in a timely manner. More importantly, they did so with grace, understanding and some much needed humor. We knew our Edge was in good hands. Special shout out to the team of Scott, Kristy and the tech!
